Thank you for reassuring my beliefs; Being a man, I was always taught that women come first and that we(men) should always look up to them. But I’ve seen how many girls use this belief for their own personal advantage…so I’ve decided to neither look down or up to women and just look at them straight in the eye, which sadly/funny; it’s like I’m looking down at them because I’ve been blessed with a 6’1” height. 😔 Unfortunately; you know what I now have to look up to everyone since I’m now sadly in a wheelchair 🧑🏼‍🦽 due to my motorcycle accident.

Here’s where I’m at.. there were/are 2 ladies I had been getting vibes from like this.. both attractive to me so yea kinda excited.. both coworkers.. first one for a few months constantly greeted me excitedly said my name out loud… she literally yelled my name from afar to say hi… I never saw her do this for anyone else…and always had a smile on her.. she did do the mirroring thing I noticed… I’m a shy guy.. introvert mostly.. I may have looked sad or bummed out.. maybe mad.. it’s how I look.. I can’t change that.. shed from time to time ask why I’m not smiling at her.. I honestly just didn’t know how to react with her because at the same time I was hiding feelings for her... she’d frown and tell me I’m making her feel sad.. I’m like.. I’m not sad lol. Really and I’d smile because it at the same time felt like her way to make me smile.. idk. She’d playfully tease me from time to time too, very sarcastic… and yea as mentioned over time I caught feelings for her… it was killing me not knowing how to go about it.. I told a coworker bud of mine about it., he told me she’s married.. you gotta let it go etc.. maybe she’s just in a rough patch at home and she chose me to release some of that tension and get my attention.. of course I was heartbroken but.. literally right after telling me this.. it seemed she just completely 180’ed and I wasn’t the center of attention anymore.. I get hellos from her but it’s not what it used to be.. how it used to be.. not standoffish but not excited anymore.. this one killed me for a time because I had fallen for her.. got hit right in the gut.. you know when you see a cute puppy or for those that have dogs that you love at home… you come home and you greet them excitedly because you’re happy to see them? that’s how she greeted me a lot.. and it completely changed.. like she’s downplaying it.. made me think maybe my bud mentioned something to her about me catching feelings and him knowing she was married was looking out for me.. and that was the end of that 😕 Next.. other girl.. she’d been seeing someone else for close to 2 years so I never looked to pursue.. she was always just a coworker friend.. she’d always come across as flirty, her demeanor.. playing with her hair while talking to me and others so we all just took it as.. it’s her… not long ago she ended things with guy she was with.. and we’ve chatted.. more and more it seems I get these flirty vibes… playing with her hair, non stop smiling.. she blushes a lot when we’re talking.. has been very curious about what I’m doing on days off, when I’m off, what I do for fun.. when’s my birth day.. I’ve kinda tried to test things out… does she prolong conversation… she reaches out for sure.. I could be working and she’ll come by me and look to make eye contact to grab my attention to chat.. everytime she’ll come and chat with me.. seemingly about nothing but hey I’m curious too… when she’s leaving she’ll walk by me unnecessarily just to say bye… but she’ll stop and chat with me sometimes even ignoring that she has to be off… when she’s walking away she keeps turning back to me as she walks off.. almost get the sense she wants to give me a hug or wants me to go with her… but again.. with her it’s sooo difficult because a lot of how she communicates with me is how she does with most guys unfortunately… not everyone but it’s definitely something a few of us have noticed.. This is all very recent.. wish me luck 🙏

I came out the side door to the stage. There were mic wires neatly crossing the doorway (which I knew were there). I STILL managed to trip, skip, and fall right at center stage, INFRONT of the congregation (who let out a gasp!)... AWKwarrrd. But I bounced back up and moved on. 🤣

I have been meaning to all my life. Not conscious. When my friend came to see me in the military hospital, we were all covered in blood soaked bandages, she asked for the man who wasn’t moaning and groaning, she slept on the edge of bed and chair, we’ve known each other since she was was 14. She was actually a model for a while, it her appearance is secondary to me. I love her heart - she says I’m responsible for making her the woman she is, what a compliment! She’s been be my the worst of me, shot to hell, looking like minced meat, she hates me doing stuff that risks my life for strangers - she never understood that. I came from a very poor background so I really started from zero. I never relied on anyone. Friends - I can count my real friends on one hand, but those friends are people I can turn up on their door after 5 years and be treated like an honoured guest - likewise. It’s nice that people like to understand me, but it’s not important that I’m loved or liked. My friends mostly speak up for me, or explain my behaviour, for example we went for street food with a group and I spent 2 hours learning to grill fish with a vendor. It interested me. I am just me, if someone doesn’t like me, then that’s their loss - honestly, I really don’t think about them at all unless they try to involve themselves. Paris is full of dog poop.
